Ahead of their huge live performance for Urban Nerds at XOYO next Saturday, we’ve decided to check this massive track from electric dubstep band, Engine-EarZ Experiment!

This immense live collective are set to blow this year, fresh from supporting The Streets on tour and rocking sell out shows at the likes of Brixton Academy!

Last month the crew dropped this an incredible free download. The ‘Speak because I can’ remix sees the Engine-EarZ Experiment treating Laura Marling’s stunning folk infused original to a taste of bass on this percussive re-fix that’s made full use of their immense live band.

This a highly unique, fresh take on dubstep, with an incredible live show influenced by the likes of Massive Attack, The Prodigy, Rage Against The Machine and Asian Dub Foundation. Merging Asian sounds with mind-blowing sub-low and dubstep bass weight, overlaid with loud guitars and a string of live drums, horns and vocals, the Engine Earz Experiment are set to hit XOYO with a dubstep attack like no other. Prepared to be blown away by the sound that’s attracted the likes of The Streets, Jenna G, Foreign Beggars, Flux Pavilion and the Mad Decent crew to this one-off bass explosion!

Mike Skinner’s mighty crew The Streets have been announced as the headline band at this year’s Lounge On The Farm festival! Taking place in the unspoiled country surroundings of Merton Farm in Canterbury, Kent, the festival’s only a short train ride away from London town and offers-up the real-deal when it comes to chilled out festivals.

As well as The Streets, a massive line-up is due for release soon and the Nerds crew are particularly hyped to find out if the rumors we’ve heard about the possible dance headliners come true! A huge new main stage is being added for 2011 to accommodate the superstars confirmed, whilst the Cows will have to find another home for three days as the Cow-Shed, a huge rattling 2000 capacity space, becomes the Dance Arena till the early hours!
