Street Fest went off with a bang this year, with the likes of Wretch 32, Marcus Nasty, Rattus Rattus & Klose One and Next Men performing. Big up to every one who can down to support the venue was packed out by 3.30pm. Check out the videos below from this years Street Fest.

Urban Nerds are back at London’s number one street culture festival this month…Street Fest! With just two weeks to go, they’ve just dropped the tasty headline line-up!

Joining Urban Nerds crew Rattus, Klose & Marcus Nasty will be UK hip-hop and grime don, Wretch 32, conscious rapper making waves right now, Ghostpoet and acclaimed UK DJ and production duo, The Nextmen!

As well as the finest underground urban music talent representing everything and anything from hip-hop and reggae to dubstep, to funk and soul, spoken word and more, there’s clothing on show and for sale from some of London’s top street wear brands such as Addict and Supremebeing and graffiti from the likes of premier world class collective, Secret Wars! As if that’s not enough, some of the city’s top skaters and breakers will be showing you how it’s done and it’s all happening in one of our favourite warehouse spots…the Hearn Street Car Park in Shoreditch!

Ahead of the Urban Nerds invasion at this year’s mighty Street Fest our badman resident selectors Klose One & Rattus Rattus have put together a 40 minute mix of bass bangers for the bastion of all things cool that is i-D Magazine!

Compiling 19 tracks of underground party smashers, on top form as ever Ratty and Klose fuse dubstep, electro and grimy bass bombs, featuring recent gold from the likes of Redlight, Skream, Jack Beats, Foamo, RackNRuin, Rudimental and the illusive ‘Sicko Cell’!

You can catch the Urban Nerds DJ squad at Street Fest on Saturday 29th May, alongside Marcus Nasty, Motive, Ghostpoet, The Nextmen and recent grime chart success story, Wretch 32! This sick Sunday event takes place in one of our favourite Shoreditch warehouse spots, The Hearn Street Car Park, where Hearn Street itself will also be blocked off for that proper street party vibe! As well as the tunes, there’s showcases from some of the top skaters and breakers in the country, live graffiti and a huge range of underground streetwear labels setting up stands so you can get hold of a few exclusive garms while you’re at it!
